Morten and his daugher Eva

My third visit to Norway, January 2012, brought me back to the Frogner Atletklubb, a small but very dedicated group. I found that the members have been training hard and have made great improvement. They have purchased all our DVD's, and have all the training clips I send out on their cellphones, for quick access. They have printed books with all the IKI techniques and lesson plans written out.

It was a great honor to promote Bjorn Olsen to Black Belt first dan, and to promote Morten to the second instructor level.
