Triceps Exercise for Krav Maga
The triceps are used a great deal in punching and in doing palm strikes, these are both great ways to strengthen the triceps muscle. I do advise doing some additional weight training such as:
ONE ARM DUMBBELL TRICEP EXTENSION
Stand with your feet parallel, hold dumbbell in one hand,
Lower it behind your back, palm facing forward, lower hand to the back of your neck,
Lift your arm back to the starting position
Two Arm DUMBBELL TRICEP EXTENSION
Backward push-ups using chair.
