Delusional Self Defense Training

I would like to share a lesson by contrasting two schools of martial arts, one we shall call the School of Painful Truth and Hard Knocks, and the other the School of Fluff Puff and Delusional Arrogance.
I shall start with the second. We see a lot of this on Facebook, social media, a woman is attacked, looks helpless, and then she says, OK, now watch. Again, the guy attacks, he shoves her against the wall. She struggles and then she hits him in the groin, naturally he keels over in pain and then she follows with bone breaking joint-locks and some jump kicks for a nice finish. Of course, when he pushed her, initiating the attack, shoved her against the wall, no real harm comes to her. She is able to fight back with no signs of physical pain or emotional trauma.
There are many versions of this type of video, but I am focusing on the one I just saw. It ends with her proudly displaying her prowess as the pathetic male lies on the ground caressing his bruised nuts and bruised male ego.
Now we take a look at the other school, the School of Painful Truth and Hard Knocks. I borrow this term, Painful Truth from IKI legend Hal Herndon who referred to himself as an Elder of the Church of the Painful Truth.
We shall proceed.
New York City this week, Israeli soldier on vacation after serving nearly two years in Gaza, walking towards a kosher restaurant. He is confronted by a man who first taunts him, "What religion are you?" then grabs his yarmulke, throws it to the ground, stumps on it and spits on it. The thug than returns. He is right-handed, he holds some sort of plastic shopping bag in his right hand. Standing straight, bag in his right hand, he winds up his left hand fist and punches the Victim in the face. One punch. One punch and the guy is literally lifted off his feet and flys for a moment, landing on the pavement of the street. I saw the video footage, this is real! and I know him personally.

Results
In the movies the tough guys can beaten badly, and then grimace as they get up slowly, gain a new burst of energy and teach the other guy a lesson. Reality is a little different. So let us examine the results of this real attack.
From this one single, left-handed, non-dominant hand punch, from a static standing position:
Concussion,
Brain bleed,
Fractured skull,
Broken nose
Lying on the ground for several minutes before being able to get up.
Hospitalization.

Now let us once again contrast that with the video I viewed today.
The woman is caught by surprise, punched in the face, violently shoved against the wall.
Results:
She is able to resist. She is unfazed, and unharmed. She is able to strike back, while pushed against the wall, with a blow to the attacker's groin so powerful that he instantly buckels over. She follows with some cool kicks, punches, join-locks etc.
And it makes me wonder, is it real?
I call this out as FAKE, Delusional, and harmful to the gullible public.
