An actual Jew patch from Hungary
If you have good parents, if you are fortunate, you will be brought up, raised up, to feel that you are special. Your parents and teachers will guide you to believe in yourself, to believe that you as an individual are unique and special and have something of great value to offer to the world. Hopefully you will grow up and fulfill yourself and your purpose. You will have a positive impact on this world.
But you should also be brought up to understand something else, to the rest of the world, outside your own little bubble, you are not special, in fact, you might just be prey, a meal ticket.
When I see police reports about beautiful, promising, educated young women, who were brutally raped and murdered, and then we see the mug shots of the killers, the murderers, ugly thugs, soulless, sub-human creatures, and I know that to these heartless creatures there is no beauty in this world, they are just cellar rats out to eat anything they can. To them you are nothing but a piece of meat, a dollar bill, and for this reason we must be prepared to fight!!! We must, we MUST learn to defend ourselves. This is not a hobby, not an option, but a necessity.
On the plane I saw an outstanding Israeli film, as many things Jewish it touched upon the Holocaust, the war against the Jews, an ever-present memory, an ever-present reminder. The film begins in Hungary, in 1944 when the Hungarian Nazi, the Arrow Cross, rounded up the Jews to ship them off to the Death factories in Poland to be systematically murdered, or "exterminated", a term usually reserved for pests and insects. A young woman has been separated from her husband; she is holding her young child in her arms. She sees another woman being harassed, apparently this woman does not want to board the train, apparently she feels she is entitled to an exemption.
She says something about being a famous actress, well-known in her native country, Hungary, where she thinks she actually belongs. As she shouting out, "I am a well-known actress, a public figure, a national treasure", the young mother is watching this sad, pathetic scene, unfold, everyone is nervous. The Nazi officer who is handling this woman's complaint, responds immediately. He pulls out his handgun and fires two bullets at point-blank range to her face and forehead. She falls down and is instantly dead.
The young woman with the baby in her arms, runs away, under the train, tears off her Jew Patch and eventually survives the war. It is a true story, and the producer of this film is her grandson, now a famous Israeli actor.
And it made me think, Do you know who I am? I am a national treasure, I am famous, I am someone special. But to the Nazi, of those days and these, you are just a Jew, and you better learn that fast. To the criminal, you are not a promising young student who can make a positive change in this world, you are just the $50 that you might have in your pocket, or the jewelry or car you are driving. He does not care anymore than that Hungarian Nazi Arrow Cross cared back in 1944, or the Hamas and their supporters care today. He will kill without a moments' hesitation. And that my friends is the sad truth.
So you had better prepare yourself. Arm yourself with a baseball bat, a gun, home protection and Krav Maga, because to the criminal bastards of this world, you are not special, not at all.
